PomPom Security

Privacy-first by design. Your focus data stay on your device and are never transmitted to our servers

Privacy-first architecture

PomPom is designed to keep your data as secure as possible.

Your focus stats and data are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to PomPom servers.

PomPom does not require account creation or login to use the app. Since your data stays on-device, we do not have access to your data or personal information.

Minimal analytics

To improve app performance and usability, PomPom collects limited anonymous analytics.

Analytics are restricted to non-personal usage metrics such as feature interactions, button clicks, session duration, and basic performance measurements.

We do not collect, transmit, analyze, or store your focus time, or any content you create inside the app.

Analytics data is used solely to understand how the app is used and to improve reliability, usability, and performance.

Secure data transmission

Any communication between the app and our services is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Since focus data remains on-device, transmitted data is limited to anonymous analytics and essential service requests only.

Local data storage

Your productivity data is stored directly on your device using the operating system's secure storage mechanisms.

Because your data is not stored on PomPom servers, deleting the app or clearing app data may permanently remove locally stored information unless you create your own backups.

Access & security

PomPom employees and systems cannot access your focus data or personal data because it is never transmitted to our infrastructure.

We follow secure development practices and continuously work to improve application stability, privacy, and security protections.

Privacy commitment

PomPom is built to minimize data collection and protect user privacy by default. We do not sell data or build advertising profiles from app usage.

For additional details about data handling practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

Security reporting

If you discover a security issue or vulnerability, please contact us at pompom@planndu.com.

We review all legitimate reports responsibly and work to address security concerns as quickly as possible.
